About MPLS Roofing Pros
This site is an advertising and referral service for homeowners in Minneapolis and the inner-ring suburbs. We are not a roofing company. We do not go on roofs, hold no contractor licence, and say so up front so nobody finds out halfway through a claim.

How a call becomes a roof look
You call the number on the site or send the form. It reaches an independent local roofing company that works on houses in your part of the metro. Someone there talks to you about what you are seeing, arranges a time to look, and gives you a written estimate. If you go ahead, your contract, your warranty and your payments are all with that company. The introduction costs you nothing.
Why a referral site for roofing
Search for a roofer in Minneapolis and much of what comes back is national directories that sell your number to several companies at once, commercial firms that mostly do flat roofs, and, after a hailstorm, out-of-town crews. This site sends a request to one local residential company at a time, and the guides are written about Minneapolis houses specifically: story-and-a-half ice dams, the city's permit rule, Minnesota's insurance-claim law for roofers.
Licensing
In Minnesota, residential roofing companies are licensed by the Department of Labor and Industry. We are not licensed and make no claim to be. The company that receives your call should hold an active residential roofer or residential building contractor licence, and you can and should check it yourself on DLI's licence lookup before signing anything.
What you will not find here
No testimonials, no star ratings, no "years in business" and no photographs presented as completed jobs. We have not done any roof work, so publishing any of that would be inventing a track record. The photos on the site are licensed stock photography, credited on the disclosure page. Judge the site on whether the advice is accurate and useful.
Who runs it
MPLS Roofing Pros is operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. It is a small business that builds and runs local information sites and is paid by the companies that take the work.
Questions about how this works
How is the site paid for?
The roofing company that receives enquiries pays for the introduction. What you pay for the roof is agreed between you and them, and nothing about it changes because you came through this site.
Will my details be sold to several roofers?
No. A request goes to one company. You will not get five calls from five firms.
What if I am unhappy with the work?
Your agreement is with the roofing company, so the warranty and any dispute are with them. Tell us as well; the arrangement depends on the company being good.
Can you recommend a specific roofer by name?
The site works with one company per area at a time. If they are not the right fit for your job, for example a slate roof, they should tell you so.
Call (651) 381-5283 or read the full advertising disclosure.
Ask for a roof look
Say what you are seeing: a stain, ice at the eaves, shingles in the yard. A local roofing company will reply and arrange a look, usually within a few days, sooner for an active leak. Answered Mon–Sat · leave a message after hours and you get a call back Or call (651) 381-5283 if it is leaking now; a person picks up faster than a form gets read.
