Advertising disclosure

MPLS Roofing Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains exactly what that means.

We are not a roofing contractor

We do not inspect, repair, replace or remove ice from roofs. We hold no Minnesota contractor licence and make no claim to one. All roof work discussed on this site is carried out by an independent local roofing company with which we have a referral arrangement.

What happens when you call or send a request

The phone number on this site is a tracking number operated by us. Calls are forwarded to the independent roofing company. Calls may be recorded, and you will hear an announcement to that effect before the call connects; if you would rather not be recorded, you can end the call then and use the form instead. Form submissions are stored by us and passed to the roofing company so they can reply.

How we are paid

The roofing company pays us for introductions, either a fixed monthly fee for enquiries from this site or an amount per enquiry. You are never charged. We do not mark up the company's prices and take no share of the job.

Your details

Your name, phone number, address and description are passed to one roofing company so they can contact you. We keep a record of enquiries to see whether the site is working. We do not sell your details and do not pass them to several companies to compete for you.

Insurance

Nothing on this site is advice about your insurance policy. We are not an insurer, agent or public adjuster. Minnesota law also bars residential roofers from interpreting policies or adjusting claims unless separately licensed. Ask your insurer or agent what your policy covers.

Reviews, ratings and photos

There are no testimonials or ratings on this site. The site has no review history of its own, and publishing reviews we did not collect would be inventing one. Photographs are licensed stock images and do not show work done by us or by the company your enquiry goes to.

Accuracy

The guides are general information about roofs in Minneapolis and Minnesota, checked against city, state and utility sources when written. Codes, permit rules, rebates and statutes change. Confirm anything that matters with the City of Minneapolis, your suburb's building department, the Department of Labor and Industry, your insurer or your utility before relying on it.

The photographs on this site are stock images used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences. They illustrate the subject; none shows work arranged through this site.
