Contact
If water is coming in, call. A person answering can tell you what to do in the next hour and when someone can get there. For anything else, the form is fine: describe the roof and the problem and you will hear back within one business day.

What helps on the first call
None of this is required. It just shortens the conversation.
- Your address, so the company can confirm it covers you
- Roughly how old the roof is, and whether it has been re-covered before
- Where the problem shows: ceiling stain, ice at the eaves, shingles in the yard
- Whether it leaks only in a thaw, or in rain too
- Whether an insurance claim is open, and the storm date if there was one
What happens after you send the form
The request goes to the local roofing company that covers your address. Someone there reads it and replies within one business day to arrange a look. They will want to see the attic as well as the roof on most older houses, so plan for someone to be home. You get a written estimate afterwards; there is no obligation to accept it.
A note on recorded calls
Calls to the number on this site may be recorded, and you will hear a short announcement before the call connects. If you would prefer not to be recorded, hang up at that point and use the form instead.

Common questions
Can someone come out the same day?
Sometimes, for an active leak, depending on the weather and the queue. The company will tell you on the phone; this site cannot promise a time.
Do I need the roof age before I call?
No. A permit record or your sale paperwork may show it later, but it is not needed to get started.
Send a request
Say what you are seeing: a stain, ice at the eaves, shingles in the yard. A local roofing company will reply and arrange a look, usually within a few days, sooner for an active leak. Answered Mon–Sat · leave a message after hours and you get a call back Or call (651) 381-5283 if it is leaking now; a person picks up faster than a form gets read.
